Do I need to be a licensed agent??
No, anyone can refer — friends, relatives, OFWs, or anyone you know..
When do I get my referral commission??
Partial release of P2,500 within 30days after the reservation, should be in complete requirements and good sale. Remaining balanced upon housing loan take out in Pag-ibig fund.
Can I refer multiple people??
Yes! The more you refer, the more you can earn.

How do I submit a referral?
Just fill out the referral form on this page with your buyer’s full name and contact details — we’ll take care of the rest.
What if my referral already talked to another agent?
As long as they haven’t come at Deca homes office or submit the requirements for officially reservation under someone else, we can tag them under your name — send them to us ASAP!.
How can i received the referral fee?
Your referral fee will be given via G-cash or bank transfer. Once your referred client is officially reserve and submitted a complete requirements, we will be asking your bank or g-cash account details where we can send your P2,500 partial referral fee within 30days. Remaining balanced will be given upon your housing loan take-out in Pag-ibig fund.
How much is the referral fee?
Your referral fee is P5,000 for the 1st client and P10,000 for the succeeding client within the month.
